General Accountant - Saudi National

Job Description and Requirements
Maintain up-to-date billing system
Generate and send out invoices to customers
Follow up on, collect and allocate payments as per established procedure
Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
Perform account reconciliations
Monitor customer account details and update customers’ accounts
Generate aging analysis to ensure compliance and resolve any payment discrepancies
Investigate and resolve customer queries

Prepare AR accruals for month-end closing
Assist with month-end closing reports and Sox reports

1-3 years accounts receivable and general accounting
experience

Bachelor’s Degree in accounting Degree, or Finance Degree with
work experience in accounting Field

knowledge of accounts receivable
knowledge of office administration and procedures
knowledge of general bookkeeping procedures
knowledge of general accounting principles
proficient in relevant computer software, and Syteline ERP systems will be a
plus
knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
