الوصف الوظيفي Responsible for developing work instructions and to carry out training to the machinists Responsible for fixture design and tool selections Responsible for ensuring proper set up of component and proper selection of CNC programs and cuttings tools. Responsible for developing programs for CMM Initiate and implement productivity projects in process controls and continuous improvements Drive LEAN ideas & concepts and support Quality leader in process layouts, VSM, Kaizens, Ensure compliance to QMS المهارات Excellent knowledge in developing CNC programs for CNC 4 axis machining center, CNC EDM Experience in CADCAM software …NX, Pro-engineer, PTC Creo, CATIA to create CNC programs Experience in programming the CMM machine [desirable] Sound knowledge in machining process, Jig & fixture design and metal cutting tools. Excellent written and oral communication Experience in CNC controllers like FANUC, Sinumerik, EDM controls Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
