1. Support departments in the development and delivery of strategic HR plans to fit with the overall business direction
2. Oversee the recruiting process, interviewing, selection and placement of applicants for employment and liaise with external employment agencies and recruiters.
3. Administer pre-employment testing correctly and fairly measure basic skills (such as software proficiency) assess acquired knowledge and qualifications and determine aptitudes for certain skills
4. Conduct disciplinary hearings and ensure records and letters are maintained in the employees’ file and the HR system
5. Oversee, refine, and execute employee standards and procedures, using and improving HR existing and recommended systems and processes
6. Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, expenses, vacation, and other personnel packages
7. Assist with recruitment efforts, and prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
8. Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable Government relations, MOL, MOI GOSI requirements, conducting investigations, and maintaining records
9. Identify and recommend areas of improvement to internal standard operating procedures, including team restructuring and morale
10. Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
11. Ensure HR letters issued to the staff are according to the Company’s standard and templates
12. Maintain performance review system to establish a systematic way of evaluating employee performance and ensure to provide constructive feedback to employees
13. Liaise with the Government Relations department for the provision and upkeep of work permits for staff and their families
14. Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation
15. Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures
16. Smoothly overseeing the daily HR Operations activities
17. Oversee staff leave records (annual, sick, casual leave, etc.) and time & attendance and report to the CEO as and when required
المهارات
Bachelor of Business Administration or MBA with Major in Human Resource Management
preferred if have professional HR Certification (SHRM/CIPD)
minimum 6 to 8 years Experience required as Core HR or Talent Acquisition department minimum 5 years experience required for handling the Talent Acquisition department
must have good knowledge about all HR Operations
must have good knowledge about Saudi Labor Laws and Government Relationship department
must have good experience for Performance review and organization structure
must have good presentation and communication skills
