الوصف الوظيفي Coordinate and support pre-outage planning for service projects Provide support for pre-outage activities (development of work scope, outage schedules, staffing histograms, site organization chart, and safety document. Forecast and schedule resources for field service outages. Provide first response mechanical support for customers as may be necessary during unplanned maintenance event. Including deployment to site to recommend, direct and or implement trouble shooting, fact finding, or repair activities. Provide support for post outage activities (site restoration and parts shipment) upon completion services. Provide support to commercial department for proposal development. Support customer/internal negotiation and implementation meetings as required. Support the development of quality vendors to support the service mission by seeking quality service organizations that can contribute to the requirements. Interface internally with service organizations as needed in order to plan outage implementation requirements Develop cost estimates for Gas Turbine, Generator and Steam Turbine service proposals. RFQ, Quotations, arrange PO’s with Commercial Department, check invoices The coordination and supervision of internal resources and subcontractors will be expected. The production of documentation is a key activity; this will include Method Statements, Risk Assessments, Technical information, quotations and reports. Provide first line response to technical queries, this will include initial diagnosis and rectification. Correspond at all levels with internal and external departments in order to manage all customer related issues. Communicate effectively with all levels of employees. Maintain the highest degree of honesty and integrity at all times Support other Program managers as required to meet the objections of the program management team. المهارات Knowledge/Skill: General knowledge of following areas is required. Experience completing projects, working to project deadlines would be desirable Some experience of working for Japanese Company or working with foreign companies/cultures would be an advantage.
