الوصف الوظيفي
Nationality: Saudi-(First Priority) OR Filipino/Indian
Duties and Responsibilities:
 Supervise all shop members and take the leadership to keep safety first, achieve the required quality and lead time, and report the work schedule to Factory Manager timely.
 Implementation of the weekly and monthly work planning.
 Co-ordination and allocation of manpower.
 Direct communication with management team.
 Co-ordination between – Component Repair and Rotor Shops.
 Supervise Repair and Overhaul activities –Machining, Lifting plan, Coating, Blasting, Heat treatment, dismantle and reassemble rotor.
 On time, on budget completion of workshop activities.
 Ensure prompt communication to immediate supervisor of any shortfall in process or documentation.
 Ensure compliance with QHSE policy & procedures.
المهارات
 Ability to deal, work and supervise other nationalities
 English – Speaking, Writing & Typing
 Arabic – Speaking, Writing & Typing (Not Essential for non Saudi)
 Engineering Degree preferably in Industrial/Mechanical.
 Trade qualification or suitable references
 Computer skills – MS Word, MS Excel
