The main role of this position is to assist the HR Business Partner in the execution of HR strategic plans.
A special focus would be on: Talent Acquisition, Learning & development, Labour relations with employees,liaise with local authorities and special HR Projects.  You will be responsible for include creating referral programs, updating HR policies and overseeing our hiring processes. To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge of labour legislation in FMCG space.
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related area. 6+years of human resource generalist experience working with local or multinational companies. Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management. Strong organizational, time and project management skills
