الوصف الوظيفي Develop Goals and marketing policies to ensure gaining a good market share and achieve an appropriate profit. Set target and goals for the Retail & Wholesale Managers. Develop and implement marketing and sales plans on both short and long-term to achieve a continuous profitability and growth of the company. Develop a marketing plan to expand customer’s base. Develop and implement a pricing strategy to expand market share in long run and achieve the highest profitability of the company. Monitor the performance of the sales and evaluate the market feedback to the product and respond accordingly. Study the existing and new products that can be added to achieve the growth of the company. Participate in the study of selecting supplier. Building the sales team by determining the required qualifications in the job description, then choosing the appropriate manpower which fulfill the requirement. Report to CEO about Sales figures periodically. Maintain a good relationship with key customers and potential customers to expand the scope of work with them.
