Ensure that the production staff provides products to our customers on time with the correct quantity and potency, which is produced at the most effective cost and optimal process efficiencies.
And Identify/prioritize/provide resources on a shift to assist the department manager to meet the annual operational plan and budgetary commitments.

Production plan KPI is accepted.

Supervise the daily manufacturing operations.

•

Daily documentation reviewed without batch release delay.

Develops direct reports by securing appropriate training, assigning progressively challenging tasks, applying progressive disciplinary action as appropriate and conducting formal written and verbal performance reviews.

•

Training plans executed on time without delays

Monitors daily work operations and provides direction and guidance to lower-level supervisors, experienced exempt employees, or skilled nonexempt staff to achieve unit or project goals.

•

Production project goals achieved on time.

Adopt the Total Employee Involvement with responsibility for EHS per Facility Best Safety Practices (BSPs) in Front-Line Supervisor Responsibilities.
And Support and emphasize the Safety and Quality commitments of the department.

•

EHS events within the KPI limit.
Assists the Production Manager in overseeing and managing the operational production line and personnel of the departments to maintain productivity efficiency.
Oversees the coordination of labor, materials, equipment, and tooling to assemble product effectively. Ensures production is performed according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Department Operating Procedures (DOPs), Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPI), Just In Time Manufacturing (JIT), and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

المهارات
Ability to read, analyze and interpret scientific, and statistical reports and journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
Ability to write and effectively, respond to detailed inquiries, and present information to groups and senior management.
Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations, and permutations.

Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory, and factor analysis.

Ability to: interpret and analyze statistical data and information, understand and resolve technical difficulties related to the manufacturing, interface with internal engineering/technical experts and external technical representatives, manage multiple priorities in a manufacturing plant setting.
