الوصف الوظيفي
Perform different operation tests inside the technical center for any element(s) either returned from the site or new from the production area. This will include: -
Load & unload the membranes.
Start & stop the pumps.
Regulate the valves to achieve the target flow & pressure
Prepare manually the required solution at the target concentration.
Sampling the water from different locations.
Testing the main parameters of conductivity & pH using portable or lab devices.
- Report the results & the records of any performed test to the “Technical Service Manager”.
- To be well aware for the results of any test in term of its logic, corrective, precision & accuracy.
- Handling the membrane element manually: Cutting, Wrapping, Loading, Unloading.
- Arrange & manage the tested elements inside the technical center: store on the shelves or dispose outside.
- Keep the technical center area always clean.
- Follow all safety requirements and procedures during the daily working inside the technical center.
المهارات
Technical Knowledge / Skills:
- Have the basics knowledge of water treatment processes.
- Have the basic knowledge of using the instruments (Conductivity, pH, pressure, Temperature…).
- Have the physical ability for membrane handling: Loading, Unloading, Wrapping.
Computer Skills:
Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Window, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook.
