Duties & Responsibilities:
• Maintain and increase sales of MMC.• Reaching the targets and goals set for the Region.• Establishing, maintaining and Expanding MMC Customer base.• Servicing the needs of MMC existing Customers.• Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.• Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole.• Recruiting and training sales staff.• Allocating areas to sales representatives.• Developing sales strategies and setting targets.• Monitoring your team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets.• Compiling and analyzing sales figures.• Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself.• Collecting customer feedback and market research.• Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
Providing periodical sales reports (Forecasts, Lost Sale, Daily, Monthly)

Skills:
Team Management, managerial skills, advanced computer skills, bilingual ( Arabic & English), top management reporting, detailed area knowledge.

Performance Indicators.
Job context: Define organizational policy and other factors that have a critical impact on the job
Financial Dimensions: Bonus - as per the company’s policy.
Qualifications: A University /College degree / Diploma in Business Management would be required.
Experience: 5-7 years of relevant professional experience.
