Job Summary:The Business Analyst’s role is to elicit, analyze, specify, and validate the business needs of stakeholders, be they customers or end users. This includes interviewing stakeholders and gathering and compiling user requirements to understand the technology and business process solutions they need. The Business Analyst will also apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help the business make good technology decisions. The Business Analyst will also be proactive about working with the Software Development Group and other IT teams to look for new technologies to optimize business processes. The Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in ensuring IT’s understanding of business requirements.

Role & Responsibilities:
• Participate in Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions and facilitate the development of requirements in an iterative environment (Agile)
• Review vendor functional design documents and validate that functionality meets approved detailed requirements
• Develop and execute test cases for various testing phases
• Coordinate with subject matter experts to confirm system functionality meets end-user expectations
• Triage incidents discovered during all phases of testing, including application defects, design issues, and functional scope changes• Review all relevant vendor documentation, including, but not limited to, business requirements documentation, test plans, and technical design documentation

Job Requirements:
• Saudi Nationals only.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT related discipline
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst on large software projects
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience working in the Agile software development methodology
• Understanding of technical concepts related to software development
• Ability to read and understand data models and to use SQL to query data
• Ability to use MS Office, SharePoint, and MS Visio
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in Arabic & English languages• Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
