Required Asset Integrity Mech. Engineer to work for Saudi Aramco
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor or Master of Engineering in field of Mechanical/Metallurgical from a reputed university
3 to 10 years of work experience within an operating refinery or petrochemical plant in the field of
pressure equipment integrity.
Engineering charters (C.Eng, PE, P.Eng) or industry certifications such as AWS-CWI or CSWIP, API
(510, 570, 653), or NDT certifications are a plus but not mandatory
Specialized in skills such as: fitness for service evaluations, pressure equipment/piping design,
pressure equipment calculations, welding procedures & welder qualifications, inspection planning,
and non-destructive test methods & interpretations is required
Competence and experience in materials selection, degradation and corrosion control system design
and management, asset integrity management and repair assessments, NDT methods, field
inspection (facilities, equipment, materials and corrosion), investigation of equipment failure, and
effective use of applicable codes & standards.
Working knowledge in ASME BPVC and API standards
Familiarity with inspection database management systems (IDMS); specific experience with
Meridium APM Mechanical Integrity is a plus
Must possess excellent coaching, leadership, problem solving skills, and adaptability to work in
multicultural environment
Excellent communication and computer skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks, organize and prioritize daily work schedules.
Must be fluent in the English language (Oral & Written Skills)
