Scorecard Management officer
( Key Accountabilities )
1- Analyze the company vision and mission to identify strategic guideline and strategy map.
2- Conduct workshop meetings with management team in order to identify the targets, KPIs and measurement for each strategic objective in strategy map.
3- Identify strategic objective for corporate office and business units with management team to cascade the vision and strategic objective for each subsidiary.
4- Explain the strategic objective for each subsidiary to ensure that they have fully understand cascaded strategy map and validated with them.
5- Design strategy performance report to reflect the progress of strategic KPIs and highlighted the deviation.

Business Administration

Balance Scorecard Certification
Balance Scorecard administration field
3 – 5 years
