Familier with MS Windows and applications to protection engineering programs. Verbal and Written Communication Skill in English Language. Knowledge and experience in performing Relay Setting for Line Protection, Transformer Protection, Bus Bar Protection and Feeder Protection. Fault Analysis, Disturbance report preparation and problems investigations. Computerized Short Circuit System Studies. Engineering Design Review of Project Drawings. Review of Bidder’s Technical Proposals, Design Packages, Construction Drawings and other Technical Documents.
Fifteen (15) years Protection Engineering Design and O & M experience in the Electric Public Utility Industry or relate Projects including Three (3) years Supervisory experience, with One (1) years active participation in High Technology Projects. Able to run setting calculation for Line Dostance, Line Differential, Over Current, Transformer Differential, Bus Bar Differential, Under Voltage, AVR and other Relays. Able to run CT calculation for Transmission Lines, Power Transformers, bus bars and Radial Feeders. Able to Review Vendor Drawings, AC & DC Schematic Drawings for Transmission Sub-station. Network Studies, Load Flow Analysis, Transient stability studies, Harmonic Analysis, Cable capacity studies, Substation grounding and Grid Analysis, Network simulation using PSSLU, PSS/E, ETAP, ASPEN etc. Ensure all Design Details and material proposals comply with scope of work and Technical Specifications, Engineering standars, meterial standards and construction standards
