Workshop Manager

The candidates must be having minimum Seven years exp. in maintenance and repair of Heavy Construction Equipments such as Dozers, Loaders, Backhoes, Earth Rollers, Trucks etc of different manufactures including Caterpillar, Komatsu, Atlas Copco etc.
? Fully responsible to schedule & program routine preventive maintenance for a given fleet of equipment including necessary staff, tools, equipments, and materials needed to perform such a program and implementing the same.
? Manage & direct crews of Mechanics & Technicians to maintain and repair construction equipment efficiently resulting in minimum downtime and maximum production, including diagnostics, problem identification, repair plan, spare parts listing, ordering, supervising repairs, quality control and safety.
