College/University Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 8-10 yrs design & construction experience. Candidate must have management experience in Building Services/Site installation.
Candidate must be familiar with Air Handlers, Exhaust Fans, Chillers, Split unit, Sanitary System, Potable Hot & Cold Water System, Storm Water System, Fire Suppression System & BMS System. You must be able to Commission all HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Suppression Systems. Capable of doing the hydraulic calculations for pipe sizing etc. You should have basic working knowledge of all MS Office related work.
