Job Posting: HR Manager at Salalam Al Jazeera

Salalam Al Jazeera is a leading company in the region and is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and policies that will help the company achieve its objectives.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws
Recruit and retain high-quality staff
Manage the performance management process
Develop and deliver training programs
Manage employee benefits programs
Ensure HR data is accurate and up-to-date
Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication
Automate the HR management process

Salary:

The salary for this position is flexible and will be based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
