Job Purpose
Develop and maintain projects planning and control polices and procedures. Create project plans, determine projects needs and performance indicators and monitor project achievement progress.
Job Resposiblities
Develops and implements the directorate’s strategy, objectives, and KPI’S and ensure department managers and employees are working towards achievement of these objectives.
Develops and implement the department’s policies and follow the set procedures in order to achieve section objectives.
Controls the department’s annual budget monitors all employees are within the assigned budget.
Ensures the ongoing development of the department’s employees, and guide the performance management and the developmental activities of direct reports to ensure engaged and high performing employees.
Define projects and technical services policies, procedures and standards.
Perform project planning activities including studying initial idea, determining specifications, budgeting, preparing timeline, milestones, objectives and key success factors.
Participate in the vendor selection, design review and contractual processes
Monitor projects based on developed project management standards through onsite/ offsite follow ups and timeline tracking.
Oversee the delivery of Strategic and special programs.

Requirtments
· 12+ years’ Minimum Experience of projects management at least 8 years of experience in a managerial position .
· Strategic and Long-Term Thinking - Identifying Valuable/Strategic Opportunities.
· Decision Making - Evaluating and Integrating Information.
· People and Relationship Management - Building Relationships.
· Change Leadership – Communication.
· Stakeholder Management - Understanding Stakeholders.
· BA/BS (Master preferred) Degree in Engineering,Projects Management or equivalent.
