Shall be qualified with a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantity Surveying/ Commercial
Management or equivalent from an accredited internationally recognized university and must be
10 years chartered by a recognized international body such as the Royal Institution of Chartered
Surveyors (RICS). Minimum twenty five (25) years' experience of which ten (10) years in
Contract / Commercial / Procurement Management discipline.
Experience in FIDIC contracts.
Experience with pre-& post contract experience.
Experience working within a consultancy environment.
Previously worked in a client facing role.
