Talent Acquisition Specialist

الوصف الوظيفي
Job Purpose:

Perform the full-cycle recruiting process (sourcing, interviewing, background, references, offer, onboarding) of recruiting full-time, part-time, temporary, contractual, and intern personnel, as well as ensuring a strong candidate experience.

Job Accountabilities:

Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
Determine selection criteria.
Design job descriptions, design structure interviews, assessments, and competency-based evaluations.
Source potential candidates through online channels.
Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System.
Use and manage company career portal, social media accounts, and CVs data pool. 
Lead employer branding initiatives.
Organize and attend job fairs, recruitment camping with local schools & virtual events.
Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by the department.
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
Create & update periodical reports, metrics, KPIs, and maintain an up-to-date dashboard

المهارات
Mandatory:

Five years of experience in similar function & business industry.
Technical recruitment experience; engineering, corporate, c-level & executive managements
ATS experience, creation & performing stages.
Career portal experience, job posting, job description, automation hiring process.
Job offer negotiation excellence.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent Microsoft Office user.
Fluent English in writing, reading & speaking.
Bachelor degree in related field.

Certified courses.
