Data Entry Operator

Job Description
KEY RESULT AREAS:

Insert customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits.
Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output.
Apply data program techniques and procedures.
Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations.
Knowledge of Oracle ERP system
Keep information confidential.
Carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by the Manager/Supervisor.

EDUCATION: High School or Bachelor Degree preferred

Technical Knowledge and Experience:
Proven data entry working experience
Typing speed and accuracy
Familiarity with MS Office and data programs
Trustworthy with an eye for detail
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience on same position, preferably in a beverage company.
Ability to work under pressure to meet urgent deadlines.
