Responsibilities:
• Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.
• Create and update expense reports for the payables and receivables.
• Process reconciliations.
• Check spreadsheets for accuracy.
• Maintain digital and physical financial records.
• Maintain record for cash, checks and bankcards for payment.
• Process payments according to company procedure.
• Stay up to date on Petty cash.
• Record inventory in & out of the warehouse
• Check import documents.
• Prepare invoices & delivery notes.
