Serve customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of products, equipments, and services.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to existing and prospective customers.
Follow up the progress of clients’ complaints solving with maintenance team.
Provide service feedback, recommended solutions and commercial offers to the clients.
Negotiate and achieve deadlines for the submissions of quotations.
follow up material delivery based on quotations.
Submission of invoices and work completion certificates.
Follow up payment collection and clearance.
المهارات
Minimum 4 to 5 years similar experience of installation and maintenance of HVAC, Water systems, air conditioners, water heaters, water chillers, water pumps and home appliances.
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering
Strong working experience in Qatar market
Preference for locally available candidates with transferable RP
Qatar Driving license is preferred.
