Staff Management:
Hire, train, schedule and supervise the staff
Assign tasks and responsibilities
Monitor staff performance, provide feedback and coaching
Ensure a positive and productive work environment
Handle any conflicts or disciplinary issues
Operational Management:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the outlet
Ensure that the outlet is clean, organized and well-maintained
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies and manage food and beverage costs
Implement and maintain standard operating procedures
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Monitor customer feedback and make improvements as necessary
Foster a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers
Financial Management:
Develop and manage the budget for the outlet
Monitor revenue and expenses, and make adjustments as necessary
Control labor costs and manage inventory levels to maximize profitability
Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports for senior management

Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
Proven experience in a managerial role in the food and beverage industry
Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions
Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
Knowledge of food and beverage trends and customer preferences
Familiarity with restaurant technology and POS systems
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
