Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and bar
Hire, train, and manage all food and beverage staff
Monitor and manage inventory levels of food and beverage supplies
Ensure all food safety and quality standards are met and exceeded
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
Create and update menus based on customer feedback and trends
Manage budgets and expenses to ensure profitability
Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues quickly and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized environment throughout the restaurant and bar
المهارات
Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or similar role
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Ability to create and execute budgets and financial plans
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
