الوصف الوظيفي
· Familiarization with Facility Management and Maintenance way of tendering.

· Familiarization with Facility Management and Maintenance way of tendering.

· Acquire previous performance life history from the critical equipment database with number of breakdowns and type of material replacement.

· While preparing the cost, should look on the spare parts replacement frequency prospective in order not to exaggerate the PPM unit rate. 

· Confident in estimating a Comprehensive bid in the absence of spare parts list and consumables.

· To be fully aware about the relative OEMs per system as well as local authorized specialists whom shall be deployed under AMC. 

· Fully adapted and understanding of the methodology of Operation of Central Plants including Centrifugal Chillers, Cooling towers and Main pumps with all associated supplementary.

· Managing the operation of running contracts; in terms of controlling cost, assigning the adequate manpower as per proposal submission.

· Capable to prepare and submit the proper Work orders to any change occur to the contract requirement.

· Liaising with Clients for the smooth running of the contracts and attending the monthly progress meetings. 

· Participate in the preparation and submission of Business and Budget Plans for Board’s approval.

. Experience managing large-scale facility management projects required.

· Aware of the required frequency related to each equipment/system.

· Has a strong understanding and knowledge of how to estimate the PPM & CM cost of all MEP systems.

· Skilled enough to do value engineering for all the critical systems in terms of sustainability based on OEM’s recommendations compared to tender requirements.
