Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information
Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements
Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
Ensure adherence to laws and policies
Receiving customer orders from salesman through SAP Quotation on daily basis.
Posting SAP Wholesale customers Sales Order on daily basis.
Posting SAP Wholesale customers Invoices as per Loading Sales orders on daily basis.
Collecting cash from drivers after deliveries and reporting & depositing to Accounts department on daily basis.
Filing sales orders and invoices on daily basis.
Follow-up for pending payment of wholesale customer with sales executive.

Adept at communicating with the in-house team, clients, and management through formal documentation and discussions.
Approaching new and existing customers by following optimum consumer service standards.
Performance-driven and capable of achieving targets under pressure.
Proven command on improving conversion rate through modern communication channels and impressive presentations.
Ability to find the right balance between client requirements and company terms, thereby improving profit margins and maintaining fruitful customer relationships.
