Job purpose: To achieve sales targets and promote all products through proper Sales techniques.
Attain monthly set targets as agreed with management
Promptly attend all customer enquiries and proper follow-up
Ensure test-drive vehicles are available when schedule a date with customers.
Take the database of the new customers and ensure that it is saved completely.
Prepare quotations and costing sheets (all quotations are to be authorized and signed by the Sales Supervisor / Manager).
Explain all warranties and services schedules to delivering customers
Follow up with customer 1 week after delivery and remind about any feedback or problems.
Follow up all pending deals, referrals and leads according to Sales timeline.
Prepare registration documents for delivery of new vehicles.
Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction through personal follow up, courtesy and after sales follow up along with a pleasant disposition, good work ethics and moral and represent the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
Liaise between the customer and the workshop as and when necessary and report any customer complains immediately to the Retail Sales Manager/ Supervisor or directly to the customer Relations Executive. This should be recorded and documented accordingly.

Automotive experience is a plus
Must be goal oriented person
Must have driving license
Knowledgeable in MS Office and SAP
Excellent communication skills. Bilingual is preferred.
