Sr. MEP Store Keeper / Asst. Store Manager –MEP (Candidate worked in MEP company only need to apply)

الوصف الوظيفي
Well experienced candidate who have 10-15 years of Experience in handling MEP store for construction sites / Central warehouse.

The candidates should have proven experience with leading MEP companies in the middle east involved in large scale MEP Building projects.

المهارات
Qualification - Minimum graduate
Computer skills – MS office
Exposure to the software – ERP / Oracle / Power BI / other software used for the store management
Good knowledge in preparing material requisitions, Material receipt notes, weekly reports etc
Exposure to ISO audit
Knowledge in asset tagging, monitoring and controlling
Managing, Controlling & Coordinating the Movement of Materials for All Sites from Centralised Store.
Supervising the storekeepers for all the sites.
Inspecting the construction sites and ensuring that all tools and/or equipment are complete and in good shape
Maintaining the Asset Register and ensuring that periodical maintenance is taken care.
Ensuring the proper storage of materials, like storing in rack, pallet etc. as per requirement. 
Overseeing and/or exercising general control over all the tools and activities of the store
Good time management skills, since construction projects must be completed within a given deadline
Answering questions regarding procedures and resolving issues that may arise on receipts, deliveries, warranties, repairs, and surplus supply.
