Job Summary:

Interpret data insights into actions and recommendations that will drive profitability, revenue growth and business efficiency
Provide financial information, advice, and recommendations on new investments and real estate development opportunities derived from global investment data.
Investment analysis/ business development

Researching companies, investment, and or development projects, particularly in terms of their financial functioning
Interpreting complicated financial information
Analyzing company/development project accounts, profit and loss sheets, and cash flow information
Writing financial research summaries
Other duties

Support reporting oversight to monitor the progress/achievement of the agreed Business Plan for Portfolio management Investment and Development
Assist in making feasibility studies for the asset (Portfolio Management Investment and Development) acquisition/disposal/restructuring / real estate development
Portfolio Management Investments & Development in pressure testing of the current asset (Investment) by providing necessary inputs on financial models
Provide input to optimize the overall investment portfolio.
Support the updating of our client’s Investment Strategy.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed as well as determine and manage priorities with minimal guidance

المهارات

Business capabilities

4+ years of experience in Investment and Finance
CPNACA qualification is desirable
Deep understanding of feasibility studies, master development design, and marketing
Being computer-savvy and having the ability to build advanced predictive models is an advantage
Education

Bachelor’s degree in business studies, management, statistics, mathematics, accounting or economics
Licensed or Chartered Professional Engineering Certificate
Master’s Degree in Business Administration and related discipline
Interpersonal skills

Research Skills and great attention to detail
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Team working and good communication skills
