الوصف الوظيفي Planning and creation of the production plan (daily, weekly, monthly, annual) and dynamics of its realization. Monitoring of production process and realization of production plan according to the set SOP’s and technologies. Creation of norms (BOM’s) for consumption of raw material and all materials required for production as well as KPI’s setting. Analysis of productivity of all plants. Continuous cooperation with quality control team for the purpose of maintaining the implemented food safety and quality standards, as well as work safety and health, analyzing the obtained control results, on the basis of which, if necessary, propose and implement corrective actions in production process. Training and raising the awareness of employees regarding the implemented quality system. Participation in the creation of relevant documentation and concerns in implementation of relevant standards related to the production- HACCP, FSSC, IFS etc. as well as standards required by individual customers. Responsibility for providing information in a timely manner for creation of procurement plan for the necessary raw materials, and other material required for unhindered running of production. Regularly and preventive monitor of equipment, machines and other devices operation. Monitoring of waste, yield in processing and taking measures to maintain them in acceptable limits. Control testing of new products or modification of existing ones. Participation in the technical implementation of investments with immediate manager. In agreement with immediate manager, making decision on the type of raw material and other materials required for production process, based on set requirement and according to the relevant standards. Responsibility for undertaking continuous improvement measures, following trends and new technologies assesses the profitability of investment in the contributes to the process of improving production. Monitoring of production costs and decreasing the same in all production segments. Cooperation, meeting with other departments management staff in order to improve processes, solve problems, controversial issues etc. Cost effectiveness Control of raw and packing material inventory. Maintenance of equipment and spares. Identification of plant improvement projects and execution. New technical projects in the manufacturing locations. Preparation, approval and control of annual plant budgets. Safety, Health & Environment Direct responsibility for selection, coaching, feedback and development of plant personnel. Key involvement in setting and meeting targets/ aspirations of the team. Overall responsibility for discipline in the work force in the plant. Direct responsibility for safety & security of personnel, facilities and equipment in the Company. Direct responsibility for setting and achieving key SHE indicator goals for the Company. Overall responsibility for adherence to local laws, especially labor laws in the plant as well as pollution control laws, fire and explosives, safety, electrical installations etc. for the Company. المهارات • Minimum of 7 years in technical operations experience & as a production manager in technical role in a large/medium sized food/beverages organization. • Knowledge and experience in processing and packing of fruits and vegetables. • Knowledge of the process and SOPs in food production as well as food quality and safety standards. • Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of software (e.g., SAP) is an advantage. • Ability to manage & understand people related issues. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/qatar/jobs/production-manager-4659382/ |
