الوصف الوظيفي • Develops and gains agreement to strategies, plans and operating budgets for the Human Resources function and monitors performance against these to ensure effective cost control and the meeting of agreed objectives. • Monitors compliance, as well as ensures consistency and equity in approach to all staff issues and that administrative processes are conducted in an efficient and effective manner. • Develops, gains agreement for and ensures the implementation of Human Resources policies and procedures. • Establishes and oversees the management of the recruitment process, ensuring that potential candidates are targeted in the most effective way and that appropriate processes are deployed to maximize the fit between first choice candidates and the Group’s requirements. • Develops and implements reward strategies, practices and benefits policies to ensure that the Group’s employees are appropriately positioned in line with the market to ensure retaining high caliber staff. • Establishes and oversees the implementation of appropriate processes for performance management and appraisal to ensure staff are clear on the contribution required from them and are appraised to allow for appropriate linkages between performance and reward. • Develops and implements programs to improve the competence and effectiveness of all the Group’s Human Resources, as well as provides overall guidance to training and development activities across the Group, mainly on programs that are common to employees in all locations or oriented to higher level management. • Establishes and oversees the general services, government relations, and accommodation policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of service provided to the employees and departments. • Promotes an organizational culture that is underpinned by open communication and teamwork in order to create a work environment that is conducive to increased levels of performance. • Establishes and fosters effective and professional working relationships with the Board, Senior Management and Managers in order to ensure the effective and consistent delivery of HR services. • Recruits, trains, motivates, coaches and develops reporting staff to ensure that the department has the necessary skill base and that staff are optimally motivated and enabled to maximize their potential and contribution to the Group. • Working closely with heads of business units in developing and aligning individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of each employee with the business units’ goals and the company strategic plan. • Assisting in the performance of other special duties and projects as needed in support of organizational goals. المهارات https://www.bayt.com/ar/qatar/jobs/human-resources-manager-4654434/ |
