الوصف الوظيفي · Lead the team in the area(s) within the scope of responsibility to assure that the daily plans are effectively executed. · Administer the processes and optimize the utilization of resources for the area(s) within the scope of responsibility. · Develop and implement KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) that effectively monitor performance against targets in area(s) within the scope of responsibility. · Ensure proactive and effective measures, actions, and controls are in place to assure compliance with QHSSE approved policy and procedures in the area(s) within the scope of responsibility. · Identify, design and propose improvement initiatives based on current performance and/or future requirements and oversee their implementation for the area(s) within the scope of responsibility. · Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure effective running of processes in the area(s) within the scope of responsibility. · Create a positive and supportive work environment that encourages performance excellence, and establishes result-oriented teams with common purpose, goals, and shared-values in the area(s) within the scope of responsibility. · Manage and develop the performance of the team in the area(s) within the scope of responsibility and assure their compliance with the established policies, strategies & plans, and their contributions towards the realization of intended results. · Perform data analysis and prepare timely and accurate departmental reports in the area(s) within the scope of responsibility. · Perform other related duties or assignments as directed. المهارات تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/qatar/jobs/instrumentation-engineer-4633365/ |
