Responsibilities:
Lead new business development processes and marketing plan development for the company.
Maintained strict adherence to timelines and deadlines following Shipley guidelines.
Prepared Statements of Qualifications for various market segments for use by business development staff at conferences and meetings with potential clients.
Customized past performance references and resumes to reflect the specific criteria and requirements in the RFP.
Conversant with bids due diligence and compliance principles, and documentation.
المهارات
Qualifications:
Experience in leading the Bids/Proposals preparation, coordination and management for multi-disciplinary consultancy services including master planning, urban, infrastructure, architectural, and engineering design
Experience in Qatar for at least 5 years, and overall / GCC for 8-10 years
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Civil Engineering or Architecture (Master’s would have an added advantage)
Preference will be given to candidates with Graphic Designing (InDesign) skills
Preferably Arabic speaker but not mandatory
