Recruirtment Specialist

Analyzes the recruitment process performance, prepares the recruitment dashboards, presents dashboards, recommends changes to the recruitment process and implements changes
You will have ownership of the recruitment from start to finish
Headhunting for talent, targeting passive candidates and approaching specific markets and organizations for roles and succession gaps
Keeps the documentation of the recruitment process up to date
Act as a single point of contact for hiring managers and responsible for regular updates and communication about projects with them
Reporting on official reports and their reports

Establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholder groups

Cooperation with the employment service

المهارات
Very good English & Polish skills
Interviewing experience and skills
Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
High flexibility and positive approach to challenges
