IT Project Manager

Manages the implementation of Tiga Health related projects. The project manager should

collaborate with various project stakeholders; project sponsor and key stakeholders, business

analysts, subject matter experts, and suppliers, in order to ensure project objectives are met on

time, on budget, and to the satisfaction of the customer.

Job Purpose:

 Managing one or more of TIGA’s Health Technologies

 Conduct all project management functions to ensure schedule, cost, resource, and quality

goals are achieved, including project scheduling, estimating, forecasting, risk management,

budget monitoring, and cost reporting

 Working with various project stakeholders, internal and external technical teams, business

users, vendors, to the initiative to ensure outcomes delivery on time

Responsibilities

 Identify and define project scope and objectives

 Develop project management plans, project schedule and scope documents

 Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan

 Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy,

adjustments, and progress

 Create advanced presentations for different areas and levels of the business

 Ensure quality of deliverables is verified and matching stakeholder expectations

 Monitor and control project progress and make adjustments as needed

 Manage project risks, scope changes and other non-standard events throughout the life of

the project

 Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

Qualifications

 Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management

 BSc or MSc in Software Engineering

 Experienced on software projects

 Have Leadership skills especially in leading international teams

 Strong team player – collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively

incorporates input from various sources

 Excellent interpersonal as well as written/oral communication skills.

 Ability to work independently, as well as in teams.

 PMP, ScrumMaster or related Project Management certifications

 Proficiency with MS Project and MS Office suite of products such as Excel, PowerPoint, and

Word

 Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best

practices

 Advanced level of English both written and spoken

 Represent the Company in front of Customer and project stakeholders
