الوصف الوظيفي
• The incumbent will be responsible for providing professional expertise and support on strategic & operational planning, performance measurement and reporting activities.

• Design and implement the corporate business performance process as well as provide support both at the strategic & operational level including performance measure selection & reporting.

• Develop business analysis capacity and capability within the company.

• Plan, coordinate communicate and monitor the implementation of performance procedures for the department.

• Conduct reviews of specific process and practices, identify inefficiency and recommend alternatives.

• Support development of Business Performance Management System.

• Supervise direct reportees.

المهارات
• Min. 5yrs experience in the Health Sector preferred.

• Proficiency in MS Office.

• Excellent time management.

• Ability to multitask.

• High level numerical skill and data analysis.
