Perform light to Heavy Periodic Maintenance Service.
Comply with AAB Health and Safety regulation and Workshop Regulation Standard.
Perform General Mechanical repair related to periodic maintenance item (eg: replacement of following parts: bulb, brake pad, shock absorber).
Proper Clock-in/Clock-out for every operation to be performed.
Perform self quality check for each task described in the job card.
Ensure correct parts intended for the vehicle before the installation.
Overhaul Engine, Manual Transaxle/Transmission.
Overhaul of Clutch, Brakes, Suspension, Steering.
Replacement of Drive belt, Timing belt, Fuel filter, Water pump, Heat exchanger, Radiator, and Resealing engine component.
Wheel Alignment.
Overhaul of Starter, Alternator.
Air conditioning Repair - Replacement of Major parts.
Apply Special Service Campaign and Service Campaign.
Properly Tag Warranty replace parts and kept in the designated warranty parts storage area.
Replacement of Fluids, Drive shaft boot, Master cylinder, Brake shoe, Brake pads, Wheel bearing, Propeller Shafts, Drive shafts.
Replacement of Battery, Cooling Fan, Power window motor, Door lock actuator, Instrument panel.
Carries out any assignments instructed by the direct supervisor.
