Driving a van, promote and sell our products at customers locations.
Maintaining sales and delivery records, as well as meeting sales targets.
Delivering purchase orders and informing existing customers of new products.
Recommends changes to current sales techniques or procedures when required.
Monitor and report to immediate superior unavailable parts/required by customers’ which is not in the stocks and suggesting additional related parts to improve sales.
Advising customers on substitution or modification of parts when identical replacements are not available when required.
Keep update on market situation and report competitors’ prices to the immediate superior/sales manager for possible actions.

Maintain a high degree of proficiency about the parts business and functions performed in order to ensure customers’ confidence and satisfaction with parts and service.
10. Maintaining and updating customers’ database.
11. Prepares sales report as required by the Sales Manager.
12. Coordinate with Sales Supervisor/Managers on product promotions, selling techniques, etc. to boost sales.
13. Provide quotations and estimates within time frame when required.
14. Preparing invoice and delivery note to customer.
15. Ensure payment has been settled on time
16. Ensuring the cleanliness of the interior and the exterior of the van.
17. Preventing damage to the delivery van and the company products being transported
18. Performing basic van maintenance tasks, such as checking tire pressure, and gas and oil levels.
19. Ensuring the cleanliness of the interior and the exterior of the van.
20. Coordinate regular stock counts.
21. Undertake additional related responsibilities as required.
المهارات
Bachelors Degree or equivalent to Diploma
3+ years’ of experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Excellent Knowledge in Automotive Spareparts
With valid driving license
