QAQC ENGINEER

الوصف الوظيفي
MAIN TASKS:

· Implementing and supervising QMP at the workplace and stores.

· Conducting training and awareness program on quality aspects.

· Preparation of ITP and method statement for Manager review and Engineer approval.

· Preparing and completing inspection and testing requirement as per approved ITP and obtaining approval from Engineer.

· Conducting inspection at varies stage and report to Manager.

· Participating in Audits and preparing report for Manager review.

· Maintaining calibration list with valid calibration certificates.

· Monitoring and supervising at site to ensure compliance of QMP and QCS 2014.

· Coordinate with third party inspection and testing agency and perform inspection and testing as per approved ITP.

· Preparation of monthly quality report for Manager review.

· Conducting supplier and subcontractor facility audit and submit report to Manager.

· Authorized to generate NCR for identified noncompliance and report to Manager.

· Reporting incidents that present or have the potential to represent a loss to the organization. These include occupational injuries / illness, security, environmental incidents and product and severe non-conformances, to prevent reoccurrences.

REQUIREMENTS:

Required Experience: 10 years experience as QA/QC Engineer
years experience in Sewage Treatment Plant

· Education:  Engineering Degree

· Others:  UPDA-registered / or to obtain this year 2022

LEAD AUDITOR CERTIFICATE OR EQUIVALENT IS AN ADVANTAGE

· Joining date:  Immediate

Proficient in various computer software and Office 365 and good ability to prepare reports.
Excellent verbal and written communication and reporting skills.
Have strong team building, decision-making, and management.
Can create accountability and can lead by example.
Knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory, and stewardship processes.
Demonstrate commitment and ideal moral character namely honesty and integrity in work field.
