With us you will:
Responsible for working closely with key stakeholders to define training delivery strategies, considering trending benchmarks in telecom industry and technology advancements, which targets desired outcomes per channel /function. Identifying targeted audiences’ learning needs and optimal delivery mechanisms which includes business, compliance, and up-skilling training opportunities.
Responsible for preparing annual roadmap of training and development plans, doing updates based on commercial priorities in a quarterly manner.
Responsible for establishing course objectives, develop training materials (training manuals/ content, user guides, exercises, training videos, in-class activities), coordinate training logistics and deliver training through a variety of methods that may include classroom, virtual and e-learning courses, videos, digital content.
Responsible for ensuring that training objectives have been met and that trainees have been adequately prepared to utilize the solution in their day-to-day roles, in addition for ensuring that training is efficient and meeting business needs and improving performance.
Responsible for maintaining and reporting on key learning metrics on an ongoing basis and improving learning adoption within commercial functions and along with partners.
Responsible for collection and analyses of training course evaluation data, modifying the training approach to improve effectiveness as needed, reviewing existing training programs, adjusting, modifying, and improving learning techniques to meet the changing needs of the organization and the market as well.
Responsible for training and development programs’ effectiveness evaluation and utilization of relevant evaluation data to revise or recommend changes in instructional objectives and methods
Responsible for keeping all training materials up to dated.
Responsible for establishing a standard training module & training journey across sites.
Responsible for ensuring digitalization of the training content to eliminate the dependency and availability issue.
Responsible for establishing and handling certification of the staff with proper attestation methodology, reviewing and analysing of results, identifying weak points, building and working on improvement plans.
المهارات
Apply if you have:
Bachelor’s degree is mandatory in Telecommunications/Computer Science / Engineering.
At least 5-7 years’ telecom experience is required.
Ability to design, develop, implement, and evaluate training plans, curricula with thorough understanding of training methodology
Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures
Knowledge Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively with a large auditory.
Strong influential and engagement skills
Extremely organized and detail oriented
