We are looking for a Security Assistant Manager. The ideal candidate’s responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
Job Requirements
To assist the Security Manager in supervising the daily security operations ensuring that the department is operated in a safe and efficient manner consistently.
Assist manager with employee recruitment and performance management as well as training of the entire security personnel.
Also responsible for managing the schedules of security personnel and tracking their attendance.
Improve Fire Fighting standards at the site by conducting Fire Fighting Training.

Job Profile:
Previous experience as Assistant Security Manager or similar positions.
Experience using relevant technology and equipment (e.g. CCTV)
Experience in reporting and emergency response planning.
Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
Working knowledge of MS Office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
