We are looking for an experienced Head of Operations. The ideal candidate’s responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
Scope of Job:
Overseeing facilities operations
Managing facilities budgets other financial aspects of business
Directing routine maintenance
Responding to emergencies
Managing contractors
Pursuing Business Development
Overseeing security, and conducting site inspections
Tracking QA/QC development and implementation.

Job Profile:
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Facilities Management.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in similar roles in Facilities Management companies.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Project management experience.
Additional exposure to budgets and P&L;”s
Multitasking abilities.
Good problem-solving skills.
