The trainer will be responsible for the supervision and training of the various groups (adults, youth, etc.):

Organize introductory sessions,
Planning and developing sessions for young people and adults,
Advise and support young people and adults,
Ensure and structure the progression of young people and adults,

Organization, rigor, dynamism and motivation.
Knowing how to communicate with all those involved: members of the office or the Departmental Committee, children, adults, schools, parents, etc.
Be able to make proposals.
Know how to use communication tools (office automation, Internet and social networks).
