Implement and administer organisation-wide document management system and related procedures that allow organization to capture, store, retrieve, share, and destroy electronic records and documents. He/ She is responsible for all the change / modification / Classification of all the documents of the organization. The role will be responsible for creating, improving and maintaining the overall content and users on Document management system, as per strategy to achieve our business requirements.

Core competencies, knowledge and experience [max 5]:
Proven work experience on systems administration for 5 years
Experience working with various teams to achieve business goals.
Software development experience is a plus
Key accountabilities:
Maintaining Document Management System
Create and maintain users and user permissions
Create and maintain business units directories and organizational structure
Create and analyse Access control lists (ACL) per user and per business units
Work together with Corporate security team and other IT teams to maintain system health
Perform Level 1 support on system, solving minor issues and raise tickets to DMS support vendor.
