Recruitment Opportunity with Management Solutions International (MSI) Our client in Qatar is looking to hire Team Lead. Review and screen all data submitted by supervisors, for accuracy and prepare all reports required for review by the Operations Manager. Provide accurate records are kept of daily performance of entire group of drivers and shift officers to ensure proper coordination of vehicles’ assignment or arrangement. Maintain and Implement disciplinary proceedings against subordinates for non-compliance of rules and regulations imposed as per company policies. Continuously develop relationships and Co-ordinate with the customers transport representative to maintain and improved service.
