Internship - RecruitmentMilaha are looking to bring in an intern for a period of 6 months on a full time basis (Sun-Thur). The intern will work within the Human Resources department, specifically the Talent Acquisition function. And will primarily focus on the recruitment of blue collar staff. In this role the intern will receive exposure to the full recruitment life cycle, including the use of an applicant tracking system, regular hiring manager & candidate engagement, vendor management, offer negotiation, onboarding & immigration activities. This is a great opportunity for someone with an education in Human Resources, who is looking to enter into the job market with one of Qatar’s most prestigious companies.Key Roles & Responsibilities Learning Activities: • Observing and learning from experienced staff members. • Gaining knowledge of company policies and processes. • Completing successfully all necessary assessments, as guided and required. • Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the training. • Maintaining communication with supervisors and attending periodic evaluations. Team Support Activities: • Processing, verifying, and maintaining personnel related documentation, including staffing, recruitment. • Providing assistance in administering recruitment & selection activities, employee onboarding and other related tasks. • Compiling and keeping personnel records. • Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities. • Taking detailed notes and liaising with Managers, Supervisors, and other Senior staff. • Researching and assisting in identifying areas for service or process improvements. • Providing administrative support, such as printing, setting up materials, rooms, etc. as requested from their supervisors. Active Contribution Activities: • Preparing all requested documents, materials and updating records. • Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations. • Writing and presenting regular updates to management. • Completing fieldwork or visiting different work sites when required. • Maintaining and developing relationship with employees. • Performing all other job related duties, as assigned.

Education & Professional Qualification: Diploma in human resource management, business administration, or equivalent Professional Experience: 0 - 2 years of relevant experience Geographic Experience: N/AComputer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Language Skills: Fluent English in speaking and writingLocation:Candidate must already be based in Doha.
