الوصف الوظيفي Must be a Bachelor Degree in Nutrition/ Food Safety/Hospitality/ Microbiology/ Food Science. Candidate should be a certified Lead Auditor in ISO 22000 (Internal or External) and at least level 3 Food Safety Certified. Knowledge of HACCP is MANDATORY and preferably has knowledge of other management standards. Fluent in English. ( Arabic and other language skills a plus) Candidate must ha valid QID Willing to work for 6 months- 1 year المهارات Minimum 5 years experience in Management preferably in Food service operation, risk management, health and safety field, nutrition services which includes at least 2 years of supervision of program and staff Experience in Quality Assurance or quality control is a plus.
