Responsible for daily food preparation and works according to the menu specification
Keeps the working area clean and organized
Ensures sufficiency of supplies at the cooking stations
Ensures minimum food wastage in the kitchen
Report maintenance, hygiene and hazard issues
Requirements and Qualification.
The candidate should have at least 2 years’ experience in Chef de Partie role
Should have any culinary certification or relevant certification
Excellent knowledge of different cooking methods, equipment and processes
Ability to multitask and can work under pressure
HACCP level 2 certification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work in a multicultural environment
Familiar with food safety and hygiene protocols
With transferable visa and NOC
