JOB DESCRIPTION: - Managing day-to-day activities of the sales & marketing department, preparing the commercial proposals and sales support materials. - Establish, develop and maintain Local & International Marketing strategies and Marketing campaigns. - Planning, developing, and implementing for all events, conferences & Exhibitions. - Conducting marketing researches and creating marketing plans and strategies - Managing the the local & international Events/Exhibitions/conferences from A-Z starting from marketing, sponsoring, indoor & outdoor branding , building up, till dismantling . - Communicate with the management, client, printing press, agencies, newspapers, production houses, vendors… - Handle, Complete and submit Tenders ( Technically & Financially ) . - Evaluate and compare suppliers costs, quality and services . - Maintain the target of the sales and the department. - Control cost, budget, expenses and quotations . - Responsible on handling the overseas clients and managing their projects onside along with all communication needed .
